Keep It's Perfect.
Own your data.

A second application next to your ERP. It copies your data into a database that belongs to Dstrezzed, and does the things It's Perfect cannot. Nothing changes in It's Perfect.

Today

Your data is in It's Perfect and hard to get out. Every change waits for their next release.

With the app layer

Your data is in your own database. Reporting, connections and automation are built on your terms, at your pace.
What we heard

One problem, said three ways

From the call on 7 September. Correct us if we heard it wrong.

"The information from It's Perfect is not so easy to get out, as we have for example with Shopify."
Teun
"It's difficult to build your own reporting. Not all the data is in."
Teun
"You have to wait for It's Perfect when they give you a new update. That's the whole problem when we want to change something."
Teun
The data is yours. The door is not. Everything you need is already inside It's Perfect. Getting it out, shaping it and connecting it to anything else depends on someone else's API and someone else's roadmap.

Also heard

Twinfield is integrated and fine. B2C on Shopify with Zendesk and Minimal AI is about 75% automated. B2B is not, because the context is stuck in the ERP.

Two views that are not a contradiction

Teun: in four to five years a brand like Dstrezzed needs its own system. Bart: building your own ERP looks like nothing but risk. The app layer is how you get from one to the other without taking the risk.

How we work

We cannot show you the solution before we have seen the problem

That is why we did not bring a product to the call. We are a custom shop. Nothing sits on a shelf, and that is the point.

Listen Map Show Build your list, your wordspeople, systems, datademo on your datafixed scope, fixed price this is where we are nowonly after you have seen it

We did the job first

Sixteen years in fashion wholesale before a line of code. We do not need the industry explained. We need your specifics.

We build only what pays

One problem, one fixed price. If we misjudge the work, we carry the difference. The first project has to earn the second.

You see it before you buy it

A working demo on your data comes before any commitment. You approve something you have clicked through, not something we described.

Why we need your input. Your list of friction points is the raw material. Without it we can talk about what is possible. With it we can tell you how, for how much, and whether we are the right people for it. The whole path looks like this:

Copied. Nothing changed in It's Perfect. From now on every report, connection and automation works from your copy: fast, no rate limit, and it stays yours if you ever leave It's Perfect, or us.

What you can do with your copy

Three examples from the call. Any of them can be the first project.

Sell-through per customer, built from orders and stock in your copy. Today this is an Excel exercise.

No report yet. Choose a market and press Build report.

A Swiss order becomes a UPS shipment. It's Perfect never needed to know UPS exists.

What version one contains

The base is the same, whichever feature goes first

Everything below is in the first project. Not a promise for later.

The copy

Customers, articles, orders, stock, invoices from It's Perfect into your database, on a schedule.

One feature, done properly

The item you pick from your list: reporting, a logistics connection or the media bank push.

Source on every number

Each value shows where it came from: It's Perfect, your database, or a person.

A log of every change

Who, when, from where. Useful for Bart, useful for auditors.

Connection slots

UPS, Swiss customs, the next AI tool. They connect to your database, not to It's Perfect's limits.

Exports you can use

Excel and PDF from any report, in the layout your team already knows.

Your accounts, your cloud

Runs in an environment Dstrezzed owns. Login with your existing accounts.

Room to grow

The next feature goes into the same application. No rebuild, no second system.
What it means for you

Sales sells, finance sleeps, IT is not surprised

Teun

Reporting on your terms

The report you cannot build today exists tomorrow, refreshed hourly. Connections It's Perfect will never build (Switzerland, UPS) live in the app layer. No release to wait for.
Bart

One feature, fixed price, reversible

Fixed scope and price. If we misjudge the work, we carry it. It's Perfect is untouched and Twinfield keeps flowing. If you stop after project one, you keep what was built.
Veerle

B2B service with context

The reason B2B is behind B2C is that the context sits in the ERP. Once it is in your copy, a service tool, Minimal AI or ours, can finally see the order, the history and the customer.
IT

Read only, your cloud, your code

It's Perfect is read by default. Writes only where agreed, one by one. The code and the database belong to Dstrezzed, not to ITRE.
What it does not do

Clear limits keep the risk small

Does not replace It's Perfect

Your team logs in tomorrow the same as today. The app layer sits next to it.

Does not write unless agreed

Read only by default. Each write-back is a decision you make, not a default we take.

Does not touch Twinfield or prices

Finance flows stay exactly as they are.

Does not let AI invent facts

Numbers come from your database. AI reads text and drafts messages. A person sends them.

Does not need a migration

No data moves out of It's Perfect. It is copied. Nothing to switch off.

Does not lock you in

Code and database are yours. If you leave It's Perfect, or us, the copy stays.
The scope is narrow on purpose. That is how a first project gets finished, and how the number that proves it worked is a real one.
Before the next call

What we would need from your side for construcitve follow-up meeting.

The homework is smaller than it sounds. Twenty minutes, not a meeting.

What a good line looks like

Useful
"Every Monday Teun exports orders and stock to Excel to see sell-through per customer for CH. Takes about two hours. It's Perfect has no report for it."
Not useful yet
"Reporting is bad."

What you were trying to do, who was involved, how long it took, what you did instead. That is all we need to start mapping.

On the next call we decide one thing: which item goes first. From there the demo on your data follows within three weeks.
